Now seeking a full-time Pastry Cook in NYC who is detail-oriented, has a passion for learning, and a love for all things desserts!

Desired skills and experience:
Punctual, Hard-working, and Dependable
1+ years of Pastry Cook experience in reputable high-volume and upscale restaurants
Highly organized with strong attention to detail in plating
Experience in dessert and pastry production, especially classic French techniques
Comfortable tempering chocolate, making meringues, whipping cream, etc
Full-time and Flexible Availability – including Weekend availability is preferred
