Socarrat Paella Bar is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated manager with a passion for food, wine and hospitality!

We are a multi-location restaurant group with three locations in NYC. We are looking for team members whose skills will contribute to the growth of the business as well as those who seek growth within the company themselves.
What you will bring to the table:
Strong understanding of food, beverage, reservations and service programs.
Understanding of restaurant financial knowledge (P&L, budget, food and labor costs)
Excellent dining room and facilities operations knowledge.
Ensure high performance and profitability while maintaining overall excellence and hospitality each day.
Maintain a respectful and team-oriented attitude towards all the staff.
Skills and requirements:
At least 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
Proficient knowledge of systems and processes in food cost management.
Restaurant software knowledge.
DOH Food Certificate is a plus.
Spanish speaking is a plus.
Administrative dutties:
Setting and meeting goals for service, operations and financial results.
Maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Maintaining property and equipment.
Inspecting and adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
Performing front-line customer service.
