Must be reliable, hands-on, professional, and hospitality-driven with strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily floor operations and ensure excellent guest experiences
-Lead and motivate front-of-house team
-Maintain service standards and coordinate with kitchen staff
-Handle scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures
Requirements:
-Previous management or supervisory experience in a restaurant
-Strong organizational and people skills
