Vetro Restaurant where food, atmosphere and family come together! We are looking for creative and self-motivated line cooks to join our team!
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a restaurant setting
Great work ethic and reliable with a passion for delivering high-quality dishes
Extremely clean and organized
Punctual and reliable
Team player
Willingness to take direction from Chefs, and to learn and adapt to new systems
Able to handle high volume and stay calm under pressure
Knowledge of Italian cuisine is a plus, but not a requirement
PAY & SCHEDULE: $21–$23 per hour (depending on experience)
Must be available for weekdays, weekends, and holidays
PAID TIME OFF (per NYS guidelines)
LOCATION: In Person, able to commute to Howard Beach, NY, or plan to relocate before starting.
PHYSCIAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk up and down stairs the entire shift 6+ hours. Fast pace Kitchen work environment.
