We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality management, and a background in the food service industry.
Duties:
Manage and supervise a team of employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling
Ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow in all areas of the establishment
Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures
Coordinate banquet events and ensure seamless execution
Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Skills:
Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in shift management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of food service management principles and practices
Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
Ability to maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues effectively
Knowledge of inventory control procedures and ability to manage inventory levels efficiently
Understanding of banquet operations and ability to coordinate events smoothly
Previous experience in the food industry as a cook or similar role is preferred
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
