A midtown based Italian Restaurant is looking to hire a Manager full time. Salary is 100K/year plus benefits available after 90 days of employment. Please submit resume for consideration.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Hospitality, management, and similar fields.
- Supervising daily shift operations, including front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Organizing schedules, keeping track of employees’ hours and recording payroll data
- Keeping customers happy, getting their feedback on the experience and handling complaints
- Recruiting, interviewing and training staff to follow restaurant procedures
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
Qualifications:
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Proven customer service experience as a manager

- Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable, Resy, and Toast
