We are looking for a talented and passionate Sour-chef for at Japanese Restaurant in
Nolita. This is an opportunity to work in a fun and fast-paced environment and be part
of a dynamic team.
Cooks are responsible for food production and plating in accordance with company
specs and timing standards. Cooks are responsible for following Company recipes and
operating procedures at all times.
We are looking for cooks that:
Have a culinary degree (preferred), with 5 year of related work experience or an
equivalent combination of education and experience.
(Experience in Japanese restaurants, knowing how to prepare Sashimi will be plus)
Are team players
Full-time position.
