LINE COOKS wanted for Cuban/Chinese restaurant concept with three locations in Manhattan. Candidates should have a minimum of three years experience working in fast paced Premium Casual restaurants and be knowledgeable of proper Food Handling Guidelines, Sanitation, proper cooking techniques and working efficiently and organized. Must have proper work documentation, be able to work on their feet for eight to ten hour shifts and lift 25 lbs unassisted. Possession of a NYS DOH Food Handlers license is a plus.
Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday.
