Peter Pratt's Inn is a historic place that serves fine dinning. We are looking for a full time line cook.
Cook responsibilities:
Work closely with the head chef and kitchen staff. Prepare his Station and cook on line for the dinner shifts.
Assist with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies. Ensure that food is top quality and the kitchen is in good condition
Maintain clean stations that are in compliance with food safety standards.
