Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Full-time Laundry Attendant to join our team in the Bronx. The ideal candidate will have experience in wash & fold services, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and package laundry efficiently and neatly
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting customers
- Handle transactions at the register and maintain accurate records
- Keep the laundromat clean and organized throughout the day
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Experience with wash & fold services is a must
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
