The Cabinet Mezcal Bar offers cocktails, beer, bar snacks and a curated selection of agave distillates. From Chihuahua to Chiapas, from esoteric artisanal mezcal in Oaxaca to our favorite traditional tequilas in Jalisco, we offer the most comprehensive and unique selection of agave spirits, cocktails and tasting flights outside of Mexico. In addition we offer a unique menu with small Mexican bites.
We are looking for a dynamic, hospitality-driven individual to join our team. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Prep for kitchen and the bar menu
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Ensure product quality by adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet service deadlines.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies for kitchen and bar
- Deliver food to guests
- Maintain bar ingredients during service
Requirements:
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be able to lift 50-pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
This position is paid at $20 per hour plus tips. Health, dental and vision benefits offered after 60 days.
