Job 1. Entry level line cook (no experience necessary in cooking)
Job 2. Experienced short order line cook 1-5 years experience.
Job 3. Entry Bartender/Cashier (Temporary 3 weeks, December 4th-December 27th).

JOB 1. ENTRY LEVEL LINE COOK TRAINEE.
Are you looking to learn the basics of the kitchen and looking to get your foot in the door at a restaurant? Don't have much experience and looking for a full time job? Want to learn line cooking, but don't have any experience? This might be the job for you. We are looking for someone long term to grow with the business
No experience necessary for line cooking. Learn on the job to become a short order line cook. Full time.
TRAINING HOURS: Friday 4pm-3am. Saturday 4pm-3am.
Future FULL TIME FUTURE HOURS: Wed 4pm-1am. Thurs 4pm-1am. Friday 4pm-3am. Saturday 4pm-3am.
Training pay $16 an hour.
After training $18 an hour. Raise after 3 months to $19 an hour. Raise after 6 months $20 an hour. Average $700-$1000 a week.
Training can take 2-4 weeks. If you aren't dedicated to learning the entire kitchen and training on the job to be a line cook, then this job isn't for you.
This is an entry level job for learning and working in the back end of a fast pace restaurant. This is a fast food burger restaurant. That makes 75-100 burgers a day.
Job description: Learning to prep burgers (measuring, slapping and forming shape), filling up sauces, cutting vegetables (tomatoes, lettuce, onions, etc), cutting chicken breast, prepping bacon on the grill, cleaning deep fryer, washing dishes, dressing sandwiches, help with orders, using the deep frier, learning to read line order tickets, learning the basics of the grill, cleaning, getting food from downstairs.
Food handlers license preferred but not required.
Requirements:
Must be looking for long term work.
MUST TAKE A COMMON SENSE TEST ONLINE AT RESTAURANT.
Job description: taking out garbage, bringing ice from downstairs, cutting up boxes, bringing food from delivery truck and putting away, sweeping and organizing basement, washing dishes, helping to make milkshakes/drinks (when busy), sweeping front of store, cleaning/clearing tables, helping to bag foods, helping to prep food, refill sauces, prepping burgers, sauces, shoveling snow when it snows, bringing up sodas and kitchen food supplies, assisting cook in kitchen when busy.
You must be reliable, quick on your feet, hard worker and on time. We are looking for a team player, that can grow into other jobs in the future. Someone interested in learning more about the kitchen and possible growing into cooking in the future.

JOB 2. EXPERIENCED SHORT ORDER LINE COOK with burgers with 1-5 years experience (food handlers license preferred but not required).
PAY: Line cook/prepping $20-$22. This is one position. Average $500-$1000 a week.
Part time for basic training: Friday 4pm-3am. Saturday 4pm-3am.
Full time future hours: Wed & thurs 4pm-1:00am. Fri & Sat, 4pm-3:00am.
We are looking for an experienced line cook who pays attention to detail. Candidate must have a minimum of 1-5 years’ experience working with burgers. We make exotic burgers.
Our line is run by one line cook per shift. We are a small friendly staff with high expectations for the quality of our work.
Qualified Candidate Requirements:
Proficient knife skills for cutting chicken breast and chicken fingers.
Knowledge of health code (Food Handlers License preferred but not required).
Prepping required for burgers, toppings and sauces.
Knowing how to use deep fryer and cleaning deep fryer.
Can lift 60lbs up and down stairs.
Must be able to follow instructions and pay attention to details.
Able to multitask on multiple orders at once.
Good under pressure
Keep clean station and washing dishes.
Bringing food from the delivery truck (& putting away), bringing out garbage, cutting up boxes.
Committed/Hard working
1 year work commitment - Resume, food handlers & references are a plus.

Job 3 Temporary bartender/cashier. Job is for December 4th-December 27th. Closed December 25th. Possible more hours in the future.
Hours: Wed & Thurs 5pm-1am. Sun 4pm-1am. Optional weekends (fri & Sat).
Bartender experience a plus, but not necessary for job. We have instructions on how to make every drink with measuring cups for beginners. We can train on the job.
Restaurant has self ordering cash and cc kiosk, so there is very little taking ordering from customers.
Your job will mostly be makings drinks, milkshakes and bringing food to the tables from the bar counter. Some minor cleaning involved (sweeping, wiping tables). Assisting some customers with kiosk.
Pay is $12 an hour and cash tips. One free meal a day.
Excellent job to learning the basics of bar-tending on the job.
