Job Opportunity: Dishwasher/Prep Cook/Fry Cook
Location: Yonkers Brewing Co. 92 Main Street, Yonkers
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher/Prep Cook/Fry Cook to join our kitchen team! This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic who wants to get hands-on experience in the kitchen, with the possibility of growing into other roles.
Duties include:
- Opening the restaurant
- Sweeping and mopping kitchen and dining areas
- Cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Assisting with food prep (chopping, chopping, and assembling ingredients)
- Light cooking (frying, grilling, etc.) and helping on the line during busy hours
- Communicating with all members of the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff
- Prior kitchen experience is a plus but not required
- Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
