RISBO seeks a highly motivated, friendly, energetic, and positive professional to join the FOH team.
Part-time position: Friday/Saturday/Sunday night shifts and holidays.
Key requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in a high-volume restaurant in NYC/Brooklyn
- Strong ability to multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible and excellent work ethic
- Detail-oriented to maintain an elevated service flow
- Problem-solving and communication abilities
- Be productive without supervision
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent service and providing the best experience to our guests. You will be also a strong team player with the cashier/bartender/busboy/cooks to help them to maintain the best communication and organization throughout the service. You will have the ability to upsell and advise our different menu options to boost sales.
English fluent speaking is necessary, Spanish and French a plus.
Compensation starting at 16per hours.
