Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, confidence, and a sense of professionalism and polish. A commitment to maintaining the high standards set by management is expected at all times. Ideal applicants are warm, efficient, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and guest-focused environment.
Requirements for Host:
Must have AT LEAST 1-3 years experience as a server in Upscale Casual/Fine Dinning Environment.
Must have AT LEAST 1-3 years in a NYC restaurant.
This is a part time weekend position which include a Saturday swing shift (10am-4pm and 5pm-8pm) and Sunday 10am-4pm
Pre-Requisties:
Calm and collected under pressure.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Team Player.
Respectful.
Willingness to learn as well as take constructive criticism.
Experience in farm-to-table restaurants preferred but not required.
