4+ years experience in full-service, 1+ in fine dining
Confident, charming, a little intense (in a good way)
Can bartend and serve? Even better.
You know your way around wine, spirits & a POS system
Fast, sharp, and a team player — no divas!
Our menu is big, our menu descriptions are even bigger, and you’ll need to know it cold before you hit the floor. So be ready to study like it’s finals week.
