A Japanese neighborhood restaurant located in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn is looking for organize, tidy and confident individual who has a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality. Employees with great attitudes and competitive work ethic will have the opportunity to grow in our expanding company.
Requirements but not limited to:
Minimum (3) years of restaurant experience in an upscale and casual dining setting
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, classic cocktails and sake is a plus
Ability to provide an attentive and fine service in a high volume setting
Strong knowledge of computerized Point of Sale system operations
Dedicated, organized and detail-oriented
Ability to deliver and identify the dishes to the tables with confidence
Consistently maintain service standards, daily sidework and set-up
Build rapport with the clientele
Team player with positive attitude
