Ace’s Pizza is hiring for an experienced cook at our Williamsburg location. We’re a fast paced high volume kitchen pumping out tons of pizza, and were looking for a strong candidate to add to our roster.
The ideal candidate would be experienced, fast, and organized with attention to detail. Pizza experience is a plus but not necessary. Ability to work the other locations is also a plus (Rockefeller Center, Long Island City)
Responsibilities Include:
-Training all stations (cold station, ovens, pizza table)
-Light prep and knife work for the stations
-Opening and closing duties
-Maintaining all standards of cleanliness and quality
-Putting away/organizing orders
Needs:
-1+ years of experience in a high volume kitchen.
-Full availability AM or PM shifts.
-Ability to multi-task with multiple orders coming in at once
-Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
