Job Description:
As a Host at Sir Henry's, you will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your primary role is to greet guests upon arrival, manage reservations, and ensure efficient seating arrangements. You will also assist with maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor
- Manage and organize reservations and waitlists
- Escort guests to their tables, ensuring timely seating
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest inquiries and accommodate special requests when possible
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entry area
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Qualifications:
- 2 years hosting experience
- OpenTable experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
