Tsubame - an Kaiseki Inspired Omakase establishment located in Tribeca, a few blocks away from the World Trade Center. At Tsubame, we are a counter seating establishment with only 10 seats and a very small team.
We are looking for a full time/part time/on call Dishwasher/Chef assistant to assist the chef with prep, service along with dishwashing duties.
Individual must be reliable, motivated, willingness to learn, good attitude along with an team player.
Experience is a must but willing to train.
Japanese fish butchery experience is a plus!
Rates starts at $20/Hour plus tips.
