Positions Available:
Line Cook (Experience Required):
Prepare and cook Japanese dishes to order, ensuring consistency and high quality.
Must have previous experience as a line cook with strong experience in Japanese cuisine.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space.
Assist with food prep and restocking as needed.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Server:
Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Provide menu recommendations and ensure timely service.
Handle payments and manage multiple tables during busy hours.
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a team.
Previous serving experience preferred but not required.
Host/ Cashier:
Welcome guests and take orders.
Assist with seating guests and coordinating with servers.
Provide exceptional customer service while managing the front-of-house.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area.
Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
Qualifications for All Positions:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
Team-oriented with good communication skills.
