RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead daily kitchen operations and team
Maintain top-tier food quality and cleanliness
Manage prep, execution, and consistent plating
Oversee food costs, portioning, and waste control
Work with ownership to elevate systems and recipes
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years in a leadership kitchen role (pizza/pasta experience a plus)
Strong communication, organization, and accountability
Professional mindset — no drama, no shortcuts
Must be reliable, respectful, and ready to raise the bar
