We’re an independent boutique hotel in Greenpoint/Williamsburg looking for a reliable, flexible, and detail-oriented person to join our team. This role is a mix of front desk guest services plus support for breakfast service and in-room mini bar operations.

Responsibilities include:

Arrange special packages, amenities, and celebrations for guests upon arrival and throughout their visit; promote amenities, conveniences, and specials offered

Setting up and breaking down the daily breakfast spread (coffee, pastries, platters, etc.)

Stocking and maintaining in-room mini bars (ordering, organizing, inventory)

Managing deliveries, logging packages/mail, and ensuring proper distribution to guests

Keeping common areas clean and guest-ready

Supporting hotel operations, including occasional overnight shifts

Requirements & Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, including with vendors, with strong follow-through on tasks and requests

Must have a positive attitude and strong attention to detail

Strong computer literacy, with Mac knowledge and Google Suite use preferred

Professional command of the English language, both verbally and in writing

Independently motivated, detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills

Strong guest service skills, with a positive and professional attitude

Dependable, organized, clean, detail-oriented with food handling and presentation knowledge

Must handle and coordinate daily tasks, orders, deliveries, and guest requests efficiently

Ability to lift, carry, and organize stock (mini bar and breakfast supplies) as part of daily operations

Flexible schedule: able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights

Comfortable using computers (Google Suite / Mac preferred)

Hospitality experience a plus, but not required

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid Social Security number

Details:

Full-time, 40 hours per week (5 days)

Weekend and holiday availability is mandatory

No health benefits at this time
