Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier to manage transactions, some light cooking, and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing payments, maintaining a clean work area, and contributing to a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently.
- Accurately process cash and credit card transactions using the POS system.
- Serving Gnocchi
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and dining space.
- Assist in restocking supplies and keeping the front of the house well-prepared.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Uphold health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash and manage transactions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
