Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service.
Lead and teach staff members.
Recruit, train, and manage your own kitchen team.
Contribute to menu development and innovation.
Requirements:
A strong work ethic and availability on weekends.
Ability to communicate clearly in English with both staff and customers.
