Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including inventory control, food service management, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, culinary knowledge, and the ability to lead a team to success. Duties: - Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments - Manage inventory control, including ordering and receiving supplies - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant - Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and cash handling - Conduct interviews and hire new employees as needed Requirements: - Previous experience in food service management or restaurant management is required - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Knowledge of food industry trends, culinary techniques, and best practices - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in inventory control and cost management - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is preferred - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
