We’re opening a new ingredient-driven Italian restaurant in the heart of Herald Square — and we’re hiring immediately for a skilled Garde Manger / Pantry Chef to join our opening team.
This is a key role in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen, perfect for someone with a passion for beautiful plating and fresh seasonal ingredients.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and plate cold dishes, including salads, crudos, antipasti, and desserts
Keep your station organized, clean, and well-stocked
Support the kitchen team in prep and service
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Work directly with the Executive Chef to deliver consistently high-quality dishes
Who You Are:
1–2 years of experience in a similar cold station or pantry role
Detail-oriented with strong knife skills and plating finesse
A team player who thrives in a high-energy environment
Reliable, punctual, and ready to jump in right away
Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
