We are seeking a vibrant and skilled individual to join our team as a Server and the possibility to pick up bartending shifts as well. We are a busy Italian restaurant renowned for its exquisite cuisine, curated beverage selection, and warm hospitality. MUST HAVE FULL AVAILABILITY.
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Engage with patrons in a friendly and personable manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Build rapport and establish connections with guests to enhance their overall dining experience.
Order Management: Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Understand and communicate menu items, daily specials, and beverage options.
Bartending Skills: Showcase expertise in spirits, amaro, grappa, and wines. Craft and serve a variety of beverages with precision and flair. Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and menu pairings.
Customer Service Excellence: Go beyond simply taking orders; actively contribute to the creation of a positive and memorable dining experience. Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teamwork and uphold the restaurants standards of service.
Upselling: Possess the ability to upsell menu items and promote specials, contributing to increased revenue. Utilize knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings to guide customers in their selections.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in serving and bartending, preferably in a high-end dining establishment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of spirits, amaro, grappa, and wines.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.
Team player with a strong work ethic.
