Pantry Attendant (Breakfast Area)
Pay: $17–$19/hr
Responsibilities:
Interact with guests during breakfast service to ensure a pleasant experience
Prepare and maintain food and beverage offerings according to brand standards
Keep the breakfast area fully stocked, clean, and organized
Qualifications:
HS Diploma/GED required
At least 1 year of food & beverage service experience (hotel setting preferred)
Must have valid NYC Food Handler Certification
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong communication and customer service skills
Front Desk Agent
Pay: $18–$20/hr
Responsibilities:
Greet and register guests upon arrival
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
Provide excellent service while maximizing guest satisfaction and hotel profitability
Qualifications:
HS Diploma/GED required
1–2 years of customer service experience in a hotel setting preferred
Familiarity with On-Q system strongly preferred
Polished communication and problem-solving skills
