R40 in LIC is looking for a strong bartender to rock out our busiest services Friday/Saturday
R40 is an innovative Argentinian restaurant located in the heart of Long Island City. Led by Chef Giovanni Porto, R40 was awarded a Michelin Plate Award in 2021. We feature an open kitchen equipped with a wood burning grill, an exposed wine cellar and backyard patio. The team we are looking to build is an enthusiastic team that can work together to create ebs and flows between guests, food, drinks and experiences.
-4 Years Experience in craft cocktails and classic cocktails
-Wine knowledge is a must.
-Must know classic cocktails, syrups, cordials, and spirits.
-Bartenders prep their station and require full responsibility and ownership for bar upkeep.
