Located in the heart of Mount kisco Village, Frannies Goodie Shop offers a promising opportunity to be part of a longtime favorite local shop with a dedicated and supportive team. Our establishment offers the 2025 award winning “Best in Westchester” ice cream. As our business grows we are looking for a responsible and outgoing individual to take on the role of assistant manager.
Responsibilities of a shift leader:
Manages daily operations of the store
Facilitates opening and/or closing the store
Product inventory
Assists clients with unique requests and/or orders
Basic cake decorating
Communicates store and staff needs with general manager
The qualified assistant manager candidate:
Can make a 1 year commitment
Has 2 years of experience in customer service
Flexible work schedule

Is resourceful, organized, and a skillful communicator
Is willing to take on unexpected challenges
