Job Title: Head Food Prep

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced individual to join our food preparation team. They will be responsible for overseeing a small production team and with daily production (cordials, liqueurs, small plates, pastry displays, etc), and inventory. NO grill work! Mostly cold prep and light snacks.
Available Shifts: We’re looking for someone willing to take 2 shifts a week: (can add a third weekday if you'd like)
Saturday Evening: 6-10pm
Sunday Evening: 4-9pm
Responsibilities:
Craft and execute a high-caliber menu of small bites (think toasted, salads, waffles—no grill)
Manage food inventory and restocking as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized prep area.
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to stand for 6-7 hours per day and lift up to 50lbs.
Availability to work weekends and evenings.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Must be reliable and punctual
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous food prep / line cook / sandwich prep knowledge
Previous completion of the DOHMH food protection course is a plus.
