Oko Rye is now hiring for the position of Expeditor/Runner and/or Busser
FT and PT (Experienced needed in fast paced environment)
Expo duties Include:
Ensure that orders get to their tables as quickly as possible.
The expo passes customer orders to kitchen staff and inspects the dishes to confirm that guests receive proper order.
Works with Chef and Sushi Chef
Opening and closing side work and maintenance of expo pass
Busser duties include:
Act as server assistant by bussing dishes, clearing tables, setting tables and restocking items and helping guests.
Makes sure silverware, flatware, glasswareare available to all staff
Serves water to guests
Serves food to guests and identifies items efficiently
Opening and closing sidework
