We are looking for an experienced Sushi cook to join our team at our Pan Asian concept on the Upper West Side. Candidates must be well verse in the preparation and presentation of Sushi, Sashimi, Specialty Rolls & dishes. As well as knowledgeable in all aspect of NYC health department regulations.
