Make thoughtful menu recommendations based on guest preferences
Input orders accurately into the POS system
Open wine and champagne bottles using proper service techniques
Anticipate guests' needs and provide prompt, attentive service
Interact courteously and professionally with guests, supervisors, and coworkers
Maintain up-to-date menu knowledge and stay informed about any changes
