Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen (Italian cuisine preferred)
Strong knowledge of classic Italian dishes and preparation techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented, reliable, and punctual
Food safety certification a plus
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items to our high standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Assist in prep work and daily kitchen operations
Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation
