Experienced Host

Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a positive dining experience. Duties: - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival - Seat guests and manage reservations efficiently - Provide menus and communicate any specials or promotions - Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area - Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Handle guest concerns or special requests with professionalism Qualifications: - Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members - Familiarity with RESY or like systems a plus - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest relations scenarios - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus - Phone etiquette and the ability to multitask effectively Join our team as a Host and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests in a dynamic hospitality environment.
