Cook: must have at least 1 year experience w/ NYC Food Protection Certificate (or be willing to get it ASAP)
Kitchen assistant: helps in kitchen duties, packing, cleaning
This is a cloud kitchen so there is no interaction with guests. Just take orders, prepare, cook and pack. We are willing to train and we have recipes to follow if you are interested or would like to expand your culinary knowledge. You will be working alongside our experienced chef for training and guidance.
Duties include but not limited to:
Receiving, stocking and organizing deliveries
Food preparation
Cooking and packing orders
Cleaning and dishwashing
