Must know how to follow written instructions and guidelines to complete job daily
-Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Must be willing to work overnight hours
- Sunday night to Wednesday night
- 40 plus hours a week
- Overtime pay
- must have nyc food handlers certificate
