Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently process transactions using our POS system.
Take customer phone orders with precision, ensuring satisfaction and accuracy.
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or concerns with positivity.
Keep your work station clean and organized.
Requirements:
Fluent in English.
Previous experience in a similar role, with familiarity in POS systems.
Strong capability in handling phone orders.
Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Available to work part-time on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
