Fill and layer cakes and desserts according to specifications with precision.
Ensure uniformity, consistency, and high-quality standards in every product.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Meet daily production quotas while maintaining efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of prior experience in a wholesale bakery or food production environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
Ability to handle physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Strong team player with a positive attitude and great communication skills.
