We are looking for a Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate would have strong culinary skills, an upbeat personality and is passionate about food and the guest experience. Responsibilities include:
Maintain the highest standards of food quality.
Supervise and direct food preparation and production.
Motivate and inspire the team.
Create daily specials and seasonal menu changes.
Take ownership of the physical plant and keep it clean and nice!

Job Requirements:
Strong culinary skills and an upbeat personality.
Friendly and passionate about food, wine and the guest experience.
At least 3 years of NYC restaurant experience preferred.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
NYC Food Handlers Certification.
