Requirements:
Proven experience working in a restaurant ( NYC preferred)
Basic knowledge of wine, cocktails, and spirits
Knowledge and an interest of Italian cuisine
Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
Experience working with Toast POS
Flexible schedule - available to work lunch, brunch & dinner shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
