We are seeking a bartender with 1+ years experience to join our team at Farm to People. The space is used as a restaurant, event space, and grocery delivery fulfillment warehouse during the day. Farm to People has a focus on seasonal and ethically sourced food and beverages and the menu reflects that. The restaurant is currently open Thursday-Sunday 5-10pm with opening and closing duties about 1.5hrs before and after opening hours. Because the space is so dynamic, we all do a little of everything and things can look different from day to day between the restaurant and events. We are looking for someone with a vibrant personality, capable of effortlessly engaging guests while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude. A bartender who is willing to flex as a server depending on the needs of the day is necessary, though your primary role will be bartender.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited too:
-adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
-setting up and breaking down/clean up of the bar after service
-making classic cocktails and our seasonal house special cocktails and mocktails as well as serving and wine and beer
-provide attentive and friendly customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their dining and event experiences
-maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking inventory, polishing glassware, and sanitizing surfaces
Furthermore, we host a range of events, including live music and weddings etc that we need a bartender for. These events are usually Thursday-Sunday but occasionally fall on other days of the week.

Special events rate is $20-$35 dependent on experience
