We’re a busy NYC gastropub/restaurant looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and personable part-time bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in cocktail technique, a warm and engaging personality, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. A flexible schedule is preferred.

We value bartenders who not only know their craft but also know how to read a room, make guests feel welcome, and work seamlessly with a team. We’re looking for someone who brings both skill and good energy to every shift.
Ideal Candidates Will:
Demonstrate solid knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
Have 2 years of experience in high-volume NYC establishments
Have the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic setting
Be strong team players who communicate clearly and respectfully
Be personable, attentive, and focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without compromising quality
Maintain a clean, organized bar and follow all health and safety regulations
Bonus Points For:
Experience creating cocktails or contributing to seasonal menus
Experience with Toast
