Our NYC Based Restaurant Group is looking to hire an Assistant Manager to work directly with the General Manager. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team and help us maintain our high standards of service and excellence. Your leadership skills and passion for the hospitality industry will contribute to delivering an outstanding experience for our guests. Salary: 55K/year
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Make sure all health and safety regulations are followed at all times
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, inventory management, and employee training.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
