As our brand continues to grow, we aim to build a passionate, driven and creative team. The assistant general manager will support the general manager in all front of house operations. Taking a hands on approach, managers will focus on staff development, opening and closing procedures, seasonal menu updates as well as guest communications. There are many opportunities to bring new ideas to the brand, take on new responsibilities and grow within the company.
Role Responsibilities:
Opening and closing restaurant responsibilities
Staff communications, development, on boarding and training
Content and menu development
Updating content within Toast POS and 7Shifts
Guest Relations
Inventories
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
NYC Food Handlers License
3-5 Years in management position
5+ Years in Hospitality industry
Extensive bar and food knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work long, flexible hours (evenings, weekends and holidays)
Experience in working in high volume and fast paced environments
