Responsibilities:
-Handcraft croissant and danishes from scratch.
-Work with natural fermentation, lamination, and classic baking techniques.
-Maintain consistency, quality, and creative standards in baking.
-Operate and maintain baking equipment efficiently.
-Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings.
-Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety regulations.
Qualifications:
-Experience in artisan bread and pastry baking (minimum 2 years preferred).
-Strong knowledge of fermentation, lamination, and dough handling.
-Passion for high-quality ingredients and craftsmanship.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
