al di là Trattoria is seeking a server for 3 nights/week.
We are a highly rated and busy neighborhood Northern Italian restaurant, located in Park Slope Brooklyn, established in 1998.

Candidate should be able to
-Work with warmth, precision and efficiency under the pressures of a busy service, while maintaining a friendly and courteous attitude towards colleagues and guests.
-Work as a member of a team to create a warm, communal and welcoming fine dining experience.
-Work as a member of a team to maintain all aspects of the restaurant.
-Expected to have full knowledge of all food and wine as well as methods of preparation on our menu and a passion for food and the hospitality industry in general.
Bartending experience helpful.
Hours are 4:00-close .
