Job Summary:Responsibilities:We're seeking a Wellness Coordinator to join our team. The Wellness Coordinator's duties will include:
Assist with design and development of detailed strategic plan for outcomes focused health and productivity management programs
Provide hands-on engagement with participants including programming (i.e. wellness challenges) and health coaching
Develop plan for and disseminate cutting edge health and wellness communications using all available resources
Work collaboratively with internal and external program stakeholders
Manage and prioritize multiple requests and projects simultaneously
Track and measure program outcomes and communicate results to key stakeholders
Develop budget and strategic plan for the overall program and various targeted interventions
Work collaboratively with the J and Florida Blue on other community outreach initiatives
Assist with the coordination of wellness committee activities, providing tactical support and coordination for monthly onsite health promotion programs
Other duties as assigned
The Ideal Candidate would have:
Bachelor's Degree in Health Promotion or a Wellness related discipline
Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate or group wellness program management
Master's Degree preferred
Excellent leadership, written and oral communication, and presentation skills required
Proficient in technology applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Docs
Residents of California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $50,000/year to $75,000/year. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
